Please click on the title to open to read this post in full, for the items your child(ren) need to bring with them on Friday!  As you know, we as a school have always been charitable and aim to improve the lives of others both at home and abroad, as much as our own, through our words and actions. Therefore, we have decided that we will take the opportunity to improve lives by bringing back THE MUDDY MILE and raising money for some good causes!

Just like last year, we have decided to make the mile into an obstacle course. The course will be even muddier and wetter and the children will be able to dodge, weave and crawl their way around the course!

ALL Children will need to bring:

  • Old clothes & shoes to run in,
  • Fresh Clothes and shoes to change into,
  • A towel,
  • A plastic carrier bag.


This is all for a fantastic cause and we are certain that children will relish the opportunity to get muddy and raise money! The cost of taking part in the non-uniform day and Muddy Mile will be £1 per child as a minimum. However, attached is a sponsorship form for your child to ask as many people to sponsor them for The Muddy Mile as possible! Every penny counts!

All funds raised will be split between both the Purple Aid Build Project and towards the cost of much needed resources for our own school.

Please return all sponsorship forms and monies to school by MONDAY 30th OCTOBER, 2017.

Further details of timings for parents to spectate on the day, will be released in due course.
