Term 6 Connected Learning

This term, our historical learning continues to focus on Ancient Egypt. Learning more about their cultural beliefs and practices.  This will be elevated by workshops with the Maidstone Museum and a chance to examine their artefacts and mummy! In Science we are learning about light. How the effects of light can be changed as in the length of shadows and how light moves by reflecting and refracting. For RE we are exploring another new faith for us, Humanism. We will be looking for similarities and differences between their thoughts and practices and those of the Christians and Sikhs we studied earlier in the year.
