We have Forest School on a Wednesday morning and indoor PE on a Thursday.

Term 5 Connected Learning

Our Connected Learning question in Term 5 is 'Where would you travel?'

In History, we are looking at famous explorers, including space travel by Neil Armstrong and Tim Peake. We will also be learning about exploration by boat and the life of Christopher Columbus, building and testing our own boats, too.

In Science, we will be learning about Plants. Learning to identify and name a variety of plants, including deciduous and evergreen trees, and describe the basic structure of a variety of common flowering plants, including trees.

In Art, we will be looking at the artist Van Gogh and his painting ‘Starry Night’.

In RE, we will be looking in detail at Judaism and answering the big question - Who is Jewish and what do they believe?

In ICT, we will continue to learn about algorithms and programming. We will learn to use an App called ‘Scratch’, and use precise coding to create stories, and control characters.
