- We have indoor PE on Monday and outdoor PE on Wednesday
- School Clubs continue this term until Thursday 11th December

- Friday 14th November Children in Need (Non-Uniform)

- Thursday 11th December Year 2 Nativity Play at 9am and at 2pm

Term 2 Connected Learning
Our Connected Learning incorporates Science, History, Geography, Art, DT and Music. In Term 2, we will be learning about significant events from the past, for example The Gunpowder Plot and why we wear a poppy for Remembrance Day. We will continue our Geography unit by learning about the five oceans and seven continents of the world. In Science, we will be learning about animals and their habitats. In ICT, we will be using ipads to explore using media for creative purposes. Our PE learning this term will involve dance 'The Gunpowder Plot', and we will continue to develop tactics used in invasion games. In RE, we will be answering the two Big Question, 'Why does it matter to be part of a community?' and 'Why does Christmas Matter to Christians?'
